O2 is not done yet

They recently teamed up with the guys from Walk off the Earth, yes that’s right the peeps who did that awesome Gotye cover for Somebody That I Used to Know, click here if you have already forgotten. Even though I have a bit of a pickle with O2 using the Malvina Reynolds track Little Boxes in their campaign which I slated here. However I always give credit when it is deserved and this is an amazing version and O2 has won respect for riding on the interwebs trend. Wonder what else they might have up their sleeves.

A little inspiration with the use of boxes as instruments, even though it is a given.

Can’t wait to be proved wrong and see more work like this for O2.

Well done VCCP

Wacky Wednesday: Excited Caddy

Paul Casey had some fun with his caddie during the Final round on the 15th hole par 3 at TPC Blue Monster – Doral promising his caddie that he could have the prize if he shoots the hole-in-one. If you don’t follow golf, most tournaments offer a prize if you achieve a hole-in-one most of the times it’s a car and this time the prize was a Cadillac. Next thing the unthinkable happens and the Casey using an 8 iron drops it into the hole prompting his caddie Craig Connelly (aka Wee Man) to go hyper excited, wouldn’t you?

There is however one tiny little hiccup.

The 15th hole wasn’t the prize winning hole, sadly it was on display for the 13th.

But how funny was that dropped lip, when Wee Man finds out the sad news from the officials and to make matters worse Casey turns around to rub it in even more. Well boys will be boys.

Shame you have to forgive Wee Man’s excitement as it was Casey’s first start since his injury from a snowboarding incident last year.

Wee Man joked at the end of day saying “I never enjoyed not winning a car so much”

There is nothing better than a strong piece of ambient media especially when it’s used in a point of sale environment.

How awesome is that positioning? I hope they actually did go live with the POS it would have been a waste if it only went online.

House hold shopper = Mom + school run² = high mileage + constant reminders = Dad forced to cough up

Simple yet highly effective equation, brilliant.

Well done Dare!
